Ar. Vijay Sane is a Director (Partner) at VK:u urban. After graduating from the University of Pune in 2000 Vijay completed a Financial Markets and Property investment course at FINSIA, Sydney. He has been employed with Kolte Patil Developers Ltd (KPDL) since 2011, previously for twelve years worked with leading Real Estate companies like Surbana International Singapore, COX Group Sydney, ‘SSA & GKK corp’ in India, Australia & Singapore. As a fresh Architectural graduate Vijay worked on the institutional and commercial projects in California as an in-house architect / operational manager for ‘GKK corp.’ Recognizing the need of global exposure in urban scale projects back in 2003 he started working with legendary planner Mr Philip Cox on various master planning and township projects in Middle East and China. Later 2007 brought him back to India as managerial professional who aspired to be part of rapidly urbanising Indian growth storey. He worked with Singapore based Surbana International until 2011 as Project Director of development as well as consultancy arm.
