Shivali is a Mechanical Engineer with a passion to work for society which has landed her in the Development sector. Alumna of renowned Jnana Prabodhini Prashala, a school for gifted students, she has been working as a researcher in this sector for the last 7 years. She has worked in a NGO named ‘MITRA’ as a researcher in the field of Decentralised Urbanisation where she contributed constructively in making Aurangabad Human Development Report and Vidarbha Model for Decentralised Urbanisation. With her analytical skills she had designed ‘District Human Development Index’ for Aurangabad district which was appreciated at State Level. ‘MITRA development model’ was selected for the UN Global Compact on Migration where she presented the MITRA Development Model in the conference held at Geneva in 2017. She has worked as Assistant Manager CSR in renowned NGO Vanarai working in the field of Environment and Integrated Rural Development. In Samhita Social Ventures, Mumbai she has worked in research department where the major work was proposal writing for National and International Grants and Impact Analysis of CSR projects. She has also worked for impact analysis of Paani Foundation Project with Jnana Prabodhini Institute of Psychology in research design.
